Whey protein : 1 scoop ( i have used vanilla flavour)
Mangoes :50gms ( save one of two pieces for topping )
Stevia as per taste
Soya milk : 50ml
Oreo ice cream sandwich (optional)( i have included this in plan ) :1 You can use ice cream of your choice ( measure your calories)
Zero calorie sauce /syrup: peanut butter and caramel flavour used here
Whet flour : 20gms
Baking powder :1/4 tsp
Baking soda :1/4 tsp
STEPS: . Take milk and mangoes & protein powder and puree it to smooth in a blender. . Take microwave mug : add wheat flour+baking soda+ baking powder and mix well . Now add the wet ingredients pureed above to it and mix well without any lumps . Add - drops of oil and mix well . Now microwave it for less than mins but keep an eye on it . Once done take it off & add mango slices on top , drizzle zero calorie syrup and add oreo ice cream sab switch on top and enjoy you mug cake
