Grate paneer, cheese,cauliflower.
Use fine chopped onion and green chillies .
Now mix all the ingredients including soya chunks powder.
Add salt ,chilli and other seasoning according to taste.
Give tikki shape to the mixture .
Fry them in microwave at fry mode for mins .
You can roast them on tawa too just use ghee .
And serve them with chutney, tomato sauce or lassi.
