31g Whey isolate
50g banana
125ml milk
32g peanut butter
3tsp raw cocoa powder
2g salt
32g peanut butter
20g roasted peanuts
10g sliced almonds
Drizzle of honey (optional)
In a blender, mix together all the above ingredients, EXCEPT the roasted peanuts, sliced almond slices and honey.
Empty the mixture into a bowl. Add in the roasted peanuts and mix well, using a spatula.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Scoop as per macros, and garnish with sliced almonds and a drizzle of honey (optional)
