Steel cut oats - 50gm(raw) Banana- 60gm Peanut butter - 15gm berries - 50gm Low fat Yog - 50gm
Frappe Skim milk - 150ml Whey protein powder (vanilla) - 30gm instant coffee- 1-2tsp lots of ice cubes
Oats Cook steel cut oats as per the directions ( I usually batch cook mine and portion it out to save time) Top it up with fruits, Yog and nut butters :))
Frappe Blend milk, instant coffee powder, whey protein powder and ice cubes in a blender :))
