Dry ingredients: Oat flour/ plain flour - 60g Vanilla whey protein - 25g Chia seeds - 8g chocolate chips -15gm Baking powder - 1tsp Baking soda- 1/2tsp Sugar or sugar substitute - 1tbsp
Wet ingredients: low fat yogurt- 70ml milk as required to make a thick batter, Add it slowly. :)
Toppings Peanut butter - 15g Berries Banana - 60g zero Cal Maple syrup -20ml
Mix dry ingredients+ wet ingredients in a bowl and cook it on a pan😌 Replace whey with egg+ more yogurt+ flour Stack it or eat it while it's getting done because it's delicious 😌
