besan :- 30 g raw whey :- 1 scoop salt, pepper ( as per taste) turmeric (just a pinch) ghee :-10 gm (just brush up the pan) coriander 20 gm (optional)
) Take scoop raw whey and gm/scoop besan in a bowl .
) Add spices & coriander to bowl .
) Add water to it make smooth paste.
) Brush up the pan and put it flame.
) Add the paste to the pan.
) spread it according to your liking.
) turn when baked from one side.
) repeat with other side.
) your protein chilla is to serve . You can have curd as an add-on.
