Soak the soya chunks in warm water for – minutes until soft. Squeeze out all the excess water from the soaked soya chunks. Add the soaked soya chunks, paneer, green chilli, ginger, garlic, and coriander leaves to a mixer jar. Grind into a coarse mixture. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add sattu powder and finely chopped onions. Add roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix everything well until the mixture comes together. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into small round tikkis. Heat a tawa and lightly grease it with ghee. Place the tikkis on the tawa and cook on medium heat until golden brown and crisp on both sides. Serve hot with cucumber raita or your favorite mint chutney.
