Ingredients

1 cup museli/oats(35 gm)

150 g dates

140 g peanut butter

Protein powder ( whichever you prefer) 2-3 scoops( you can add more to increase protein intake)

1 tsp cinnamon

5-10 cashew

20-40 gm chia seed

Method

Step 1

- grind it - add melted dark chocolate - put the mixture in refrigerator -cut them into bars
