1 Ripe Banana
1/2 Cup (40gm) Oats
1 Scoop Whey
12 Almonds
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 Cup water
Sweetener/Honey/Sugar free syrup (Optional)
Add oats and water in a bowl and Microwave for minute
Meanwhile mesh half banana and slice other half
Stir the Oats and mix with meshed banana, Microwave for another minute
Add Cinnamon and Scoop of whey and mix well
Add Honey/Sweetener/Sugar free syrup if you like your Oats sweeter.
Top with Banana slices and shredded Almonds. Add Blueberries if you like tangy taste 😃
