whey vanilla flavour 100
banana 85gms
walnuts 30gms
coconut flour 30gms
soya milk 160 ml
cinnamon powder a pinch
baking powder 1tbsp
grind the oats
cut /coarsely pound the walnuts
mix all dry ingredients in a bowl except baking powder
in a separate bowl mash the banana
add all ingredients in the banana then slowly add soya milk
mix by folding in..add baking powder mix again gently
preheat oven on for mins
bake on for - mins (every oven is different so check after mins )
