Ingredients

Prawns-100g

Soya chunks-20 g

Onion-50 g

Tomato-50 g

Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp

Red chili powder - 1 tsp

Dhania powder-1 tsp Butter / coconut oil -6 g

Kokam /tamarind piece-1-2 (optional)

Salt

Turmeric powder

Fresh corriander leaves

Coconut oil-6 g

Method

Step 1

Clean and devein the prawns Marinate with ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder, chilli powder

Step 2

Soak soya chunks in hot water, then squeeze to remove water, marinate with ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder, chilli powder

Step 3

In a nonstick pan heat oil ,Sauté chopped onion till brown ,then add tomato Keep stirring

Step 4

Then add marinated prawns Cook it , can add little water if needed

Step 5

Add soya chunks,dhania powder, small piece of tamarind/ kokum /juice of lemon tsp (optional)

Step 6

Keep on medium flame till both prawns and soya chunks are cooked

Step 7

Adjust salt , garnish with fresh corriander leaves Enjoyyyy with rice or chapati / roti
