Prawns - 100 g ( shelled and deveined )
Bottle gourd-100g
Ghee/oil-5 g
Garlic-5-6 pods ( finely chopped)
Green chilli-1 (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Dhania powder-1 tap
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Kokum- 2-3
Corriander - chopped for garnish
Clean and marinate prawns with ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder Add salt too
Peel bottle gourd and shred it
Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic to it
Add bottle gourd,sauté it ,add marinated prawns , dhania powder , green chilli to it
Cook till prawns are soft , and thick gravy is formed , add kokum
Garnish with chopped corriander and relish with rice or chapati
