Beans,Capsicum,carrot,onion,garlic - finely chopped
Piri Piri Sauce or Sriracha Sauce or Schezwan Sauce - Any one
Saute Prawns in a separate prawn
cook egg separately
Add Onion,garlic and other chopped veggies to a pan and cook at high flame for mins
Add soya sauce,vinegar and one of the sauces mentioned above to the veggies. I used Piri Piri Sauce.
Add Steamed Rice, egg and prawns and cook for mins at high flame
