Oats powdered:
Whey protein:1scoop
Stevia as per taste
Baking powder:1/4 tsp
Baking soda :1/4 tsp
Salt :as per taste
Apple scraped: optional:5-10 slices
Raisins:5gms:optional
Skimmed Milk: 70ml
Ghee:2gms
Step: . Mix all the Dry ingredients ( powdered oats, whey protein powder,stevia, baking powder , baking soda and mix well) . Add milk slowly step by step and whisk well without any lumps . Keep it aside for mins . Heat pan . Grease it with oil/ ghee . Pour the batter and flip sides , cook it on medium flame . Fluffy pancakes will be ready . Scrape/ grate some apple and drop few raisins and enjoy your protein full breakfast
