Egg White - 6 White Potatoes- 200 grams Spinach - 100 grams ghee - 1 tablespoon (3.1 grams) Mix Veg Masala - 1 spoon Salt - 1/4 Tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Step - Boil the White Potatoes For Around Minutes. Cut the Spinach into Small pieces Crack the Egg white into a bowl. Step - Take a Pan add tablespoon of ghee Now Put Egg whites a cook on a sim flame for minutes and keep it grinding. Step - Add Spinach and Boiled Potatoes into the Pan. Add Salt and Mix Veg Masala. Cook it for More Minutes.. THE DISH IS READY TO GO
