Potato 150 grams

Bread Slice 2

Oil 5 grams

Soya Chunks 20 grams

Method

Step 1

Boil Soya Chunks and potatoes (separately) and keep aside

Step 2

Take slices of bread and crumble it

Step 3

Mix all the ingredients above, add some salt, red pepper, garam masala, chat masala and lemon. Knead it into a dough by adding or spoons of water. Make small balls to make cutlets of the desired shape. Preheat the air fryer at degrees for minutes. Put it into the airfryer for minutes. And it is Ready. Crispy oil free bread cutlets.
