4 Whole Eggs

100 gm Potatoes

10 gm Ghee

50 gm Onion

50 gm Tomato

Coriander Leaves

Spices according to Taste

Method

Step 1

Cut thin slices of potatoes and onions

Step 2

Saute potatoes and onions in gm ghee for - minutes, until the potatoes are % cooked

Step 3

Add Spices

Step 4

Take a bowl and mix whole eggs with cooked potatoes and onions. Add chilli and coriander leaves. Mix it properly

Step 5

Add gm ghee in pan, add mixture on Pan, cover it with a lid. Cook on low flame for - minutes
