Ingredients

Coconut oil. - 2 gram Potato. - 75 gram

Method

Step 1

Step : Boil the potato for minutes. Once done, let it’s cool off to room temperature & cut into small pieces and keep it aside. Step: Heat a oil in the pan, add turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder and salt. Stir fry in low flame and add water. Let it boil for a minute. Finally add potato into it and just toast it in low flame. Switch off the stove.
