poha paneer ghee Cheese.. onion small coriander leaves green chilli salt haldi
wash the poha (keep a side) in a bowl crumble paneer with hands, add chopped onion , coriander ,green chilli ,salt , haldi , cheese and add the soaked poha to this. (mix above mixture lightly to form as a tikki consistency) heat the app pan. brush ghee. make equal portions of the above mixture. (I got portions ) and cook it in appe pan of slow flame. cook on all sides by gently rotating it. Ready to eat.
