Pointed gourd / Parwal - 300gm
Egg - 2
Ghee - 10gm
Ginger- 5gm
Garlic- 5gm
Green chilly- 1
Dry spices - salt, black pepper powder, turmeric powder
In a pan, add ghee and let it heat. Then add pointed gourd along with ginger garlic and chilly paste. Let it sauté for a minute. Add salt and turmeric powder and cover the lid. Let it cook until it turns soft.
Now, whisk two eggs together in a bowl. Add half of it to the pan and mix it well. Layer the remaining half with spoon and sprinkle black pepper powder and cover the lid. Let it cook until eggs set. Pair it with spinach chapati and salad. Enjoy 😋
