Poha 40gms

Soya granules 10gms

Sprouted moong 10gms( measured before fermentation)

Onion, tomato, salt, red pepper, turmeric green chilli, lemon, coriander

Oil 5gms

Method

Step 1

Soak poha and soya granules. Add oil in the pan and saute onion, green chilli and tomato. Add salt and turmeric. Add soaked poha , soya granules and sprouted moong. Add all the spices red pepper, coriander and jeera powder. Squeeze lemon and garnish it with coriander.
