Soak poha and soya granules. Add oil in the pan and saute onion, green chilli and tomato. Add salt and turmeric. Add soaked poha , soya granules and sprouted moong. Add all the spices red pepper, coriander and jeera powder. Squeeze lemon and garnish it with coriander.
