Greek yoghurt: 2 tsps/20gms(within your macros)
Salt as per taste
Steps: . Soak poha for -mins . Drain water and blend it . It will become a think sticky paste . Take it in to a bowl . Add yoghurt . Add salt . Mix well , now it will become stick paste . Grease palm with some water and make some balls out of that paste . Now steam it in steamer for -mins and enjoy with your side dish or chutney of your choice Note: The quantity will make around -medium sized balls and can be consumed twice
