Step 1

Low Carb healthy breakfast - Poha with eggs Soak poha for mins in water. Take a pan add butter, chopped onion, cumin and boiled peas (you can add any veges of your choice) and then add poha with a pinch of turmeric and salt. serve hot with boiled eggs and ml of milk.
