In a bowl mix active dry yeast,sugar,pinch of salt,curd and wheat flour and use warm water to make a dough Keep the dough at warm place for - minutes
Dice paneer and mix peri peri seasoning Chop veggies till the time dough is getting ready
Check the dough Dough must get double in size by then
Take the dough and spread with hands uniformly into desired thickness
Poke with a fork Apply pizza sauce Sprinkle oregano and arrange veggies,add salt and chilli flakes
Add grated mozzarella cheese and diced paneer
Shift the pizza for baking I used electric tandoor for it It took mins to get steaming hot pizza Alternatively you can bake at preheated oven at for mins
