25gm capsicum
40gm mozerella cheese
20gm cottage cheese
15gm peas
3gm oil
10gm pizza sauce
chilli flakes and oregano
For making a pizza base, we have to make a dough first.
In APP add baking powder and curd. knead the flour properly and make a dough and keep it aside for minutes
once the Dough is ready,roll it like chapati
put tha pan on gas and apply oil with brush and put the flat rolled chapati in it and cover it for a minute
flip the chapati and cook it for - sec
apply pizza sauce on top of cooked side
add chesse, paneer, veggies of ur choice later followed by chilli flakes and oregano and put lil cheese on top of it too.
coved the lid for about one minute and remember always keep the flame on low medium only.
cook it for minutes and your pizza is ready. Enjoy 🙂
