Lentil udad white - 180gms

Ghee - 60 gms

Almonds - 60 gms

Sugar Free/ Stevia - 2 tablespoon

Dry Ginger Powder - 5gms

Method

Step 1

Recipe ) Grind the Dal into fine paste and chop the almonds finely ) Roast the Dal powder and ghee on low medium heat.- min make sure it don't get burn ) Add sugar free and roast for min and turn off the heat )Add ginger powder (after turning off the heat.) ) Let it cool and make pinni (size of your choice)
