Soak rice overnight Soak kesar strands in / cup water
Add elachi and Boil milk at low flame for mins
Make paste of pre soaked rice
Add rice paste slowly in the milk and keep mixing while adding
Keep the flame low Add kesar strands soaked in water
Once done Keep stiring and once mix start thickening Add sugar and mix well
Cook further for - mins and turn off the flame
Pour in a bowl and garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios and elachi pearls Keep in refrigerator for - hrs if u like cold else keep outside and let it cool *This was made for a family get together so added sugar* *Stevia can be used* Macros mentioned is for the portion I took I.e g of the cooked dessert
