Phad thai noodles stick or fresh 100 grams
Jumbo shrimps or regular shrimps 300 grams
Lemon grass 20 grams chopped fine
Peanuts 20 grams chopped fine
Fish sauce 25 grams
Oyster sauce 25 grams
Garlic chopped fine 5 grams
27 grams olive oil or vegetable oil
Salt pepper as per taste
Soak thai stick noodle in cold water for minutes
Meanwhile , heat canola oil in a pan
Add chopped garlic, lemon grass and prawns
Cook for minutes and add salt and pepper
Now add Thai noodles and stir quickly
Add fish sauce , oyster sauce and peanuts
Cook for - minutes and serve with salad and soup on side
