100 GMs or more vegatbles
100 GMs paneer
Pesto sauce - 2 tsp
In a pan put olive oil, then - pods of finely chopped garlic, slightly stir it, then add doing onions to it, after sauté put other vegetables of your choice, I put carrot, red and yellow bell peppers, baby, corn, broccoli and zucchini. Once the veggies are % cooked add cooked rice , black pepper, pesto sauce and paneer . Lightly mix all them , then put little bit of grated cheese .. tadaaa it’s ready... and trust me it’s super easy and super duper yummy
