Meal for 2- Ghee Jeera Onion Soya granules soaked in hot water for 3-4 min and strain and squeeze Peas Peppercorns Green chillies Ginger garlic chopped finely Salt Masalas
Add ghee Add jeera Add green chillies and peppercorns Add onion Add ginger garlic Sauté for mins or till the onion turns brown Add Peas and cover. Wait till the peas are done Add the masalas(turmeric, dhaniya powder) and mix Add soya granules and roast on medium high flame till extra water is evaporated. Garnish with coriander and serve.
