Boiled chicken-50g Preserve the chicken stock for soup
Spinach leaves
Instant Noodles -10 g
Capsicum and bell peppers
Broccoli ,spinach,white radish and other soup veggies of your choice
Dark soya sauce as per taste
Rice flour-10 g
Salt and pepper powder
Oil/ ghee -3 g
Finely chopped ginger garlic green chillies
Clean and chop soup veggies
Heat oil/ ghee in a pan Add finely chopped ginger garlic and green chillies Stir fry chopped veggies for a while Then add water / chicken stock
When it starts boiling add instant noodles Let it cook on slow flame Add salt
Mix rice flour and water Make a thin paste and add it to soup stirring continuously
Add soya sauce and black pepper powder Serve hot
