Chicken breast 200gms cut into cubes pepper powder 1tsp salt as per taste oil 7 gms soya sauce 1tsp minced ginger&garlic 1/4 tsp each corn flour 1/2tsp capsicum 150gms
) In pan add oil and chicken ,cook until soft and take out chicken ) in same pan add minced garlic and ginger,saute for mins ) now add half cooked chicken and pepper powder,salt ) cook for mins and add capsicum pieces ) saute for mins ,add soya sauce cook for mins ) add corn flour to ml of water and add to chicken and cook for mins ) Serve hot
