heat the pan and add oil when oil is heated then add cumin funnel seed after second add chopped onion and saluted min after min add matar gajar then mix it well now add some salt for pease and gajar and cover it after - min check if gajar cooked then add soya haldi, coriander, chilli and mix it now now add crash soya chunk and mix add rice now mix it and salt according to ur test add some chopped fres coriander leaves
