Roasted peanuts-135 gm. Jaggery -120 gm. Ghee-60 gm .
If u cut into equal pieces (mine are not even) Each piece contains Cals-. C-. P- . F-. Step :- Roast peanuts n remove flakes. Steps :- Grind jaggery ,roasted peanuts and ghee (heated) It takes little time to get fine paste . Step:- Transfer in a container greased with ghee . Step:- cut into pieces. Step :- refrigerate for hrs . Step :- It will be hard wait till it sets to room temperature. Taste :- Burfee melts in mouth very delicious . It’s tastes like sweet buttery chocolate burfee. U can reduce sweetness if u r not fond of too much sweet.
