2 small bananas or 1 large 1 c. unsweetened almond milk 1 c. ice 2 tbsp. peanut butter (preferably natural) 2 tsp. honey

Method

Step 1

pour almond milk into a blender

Step 2

add banana and blend it for few minutes

Step 3

then add ice and peanut Butter tsp

Step 4

blend it for few seconds and then serve by adding honey into it
