Basmati Rice 50g (soak in water for 15mins)

Ghee / Butter 5ml

Garlic finely minced

Parsley

Salt

Method

Step 1

In L MP, add ghee, garlic, soaked rice, salt, parsley leaves.

Step 2

Add / cup water in surroundings.

Step 3

Cook on high for whistles. Let pressure settle.

Step 4

Open, fluff up and serve.
