1 big Red bell pepper

1 big size zucchini

5gm oil

onion medium chopped

black pepper,salt,herbs

250ml water

Method

Step 1

Heat a pan with gm oil

Step 2

Add chopped onion ,garlic and suate, deglaze the pan by adding little water

Step 3

Add Zucchini and bell pepper, salt,herbs, black pepper crushed.

Step 4

let it cook for - min and add ml water and let it cook fully.

Step 5

with the blender blend it or in a mixer make a runny paste

Step 6

if you can afford some more calories then you can add coconut milk to it.

Step 7

serve hot with bread.
