cumin seeds,panner, onion, gingergalic paste, tomato, oil/ butter, chillinpowder, turmeric powder, corriander leaves

Method

Step 1

Add a teaspoon oil / butter, add / teaspoon cumin seeds, / table spoon ginger garlic paste sort well and add medium onion chopped and - pcs chilli chopped add salt as reauired once turns slightly brown add / teaspoon turmeric power, teaspoon chillipowder and sort add chopped medium- small tomato and sort, add / glass water . Once water starts boil add finely chopped panner(g) sort for - minutes and corriander leaves , paneer bhurji masala is ready. This can be used for sandwiches, stuffing for dosa or with chapathi
