Paneer 100 gms vegetables 150 gms Sooji (rawa) 2-4 tsp Salt as per taste pepper kasturi methi dry chat masala
Take paneer and grate it. . Mash vegetables and mix it well with grated paneer. . Add spices and sooji, kneed a dough. . Take small balls from the dough and shape them round. . Take a non stick pan. . Pan fry the cutlets from both sides. . Serve hot with saute veggies and green chutney or tomato chutney.
