Ingredients

Paneer-100g

Olive oil/butter/ghee - 10g

Curd -150gm

Ginger garlic- 10gm

Spices- red chilly powder (2 tsp), cumin powder - (1tsp), turmeric (0.5 tsp), cinnamon powder -0.5 tsp, black pepper powder- 0.5 tsp, dried fenugreek leaves- 1 tbsp crushed.

Onion- 70gm

Tomatoes- 100gm

Capsicum- 70gm

Method

Step 1

Prepare a marinade by adding curd, ginger garlic paste, all spices , salt and oil.

Step 2

Cut onion, tomatoes and capsicum into cube sized chunks and add it to the marinade along with paneer cubes

Step 3

Marinate for at least minutes or overnight in the fridge. This helps a lot in meal prep.

Step 4

When you wanna eat. Add it to the nonstick pan and cook it for - minutes until rawness disappears. Pair it with chapati/rice. You can eat plain just continue cooking it until moisture evaporates.
