Soya Flour -60gms and Husk -5gms

Wheat Flour 50gms

Paneer 100gms

Potatoes 100gms

Onion -50gms

Ghee/Oil 15ml or as per macros For making parathas

Optional: Green Chill -1, Garlic Clove -1 Ginger -1 small piece

As per taste - Jeera, Ajwayein, Sauf, Red chilli, Coriander and Turmeric powder, Salt, Garam Masala

Method

Step 1

Sieve both the Flour, add Husk and make dough with lukwarm water - i had kept gms aside for rolling the parathas

Step 2

For stuffing - Boil Potatoes, Grate all Ingredients and mix

Step 3

Make equal balls of Aata and stuffing

Step 4

Make Parathas out of it
