1. Paneer - 60g 2. Cheeee Slice - 1 (15g slice) 3. Multigrain bread slice - 3 (90g) 4. Butter - 5g 5. Tomato, Chilli, Onion,Coriander leaves - As per your liking 6. Milk - 10ml
Step . Boil the paneer until it becomes soft Step . Mash the paneer and mix finely chopped Onion, tomatoes, chillies and coriander leaves Step . Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt as per taste. Step . Add ml of milk to the mixture and mix everything Step . Fill the ingredients between the bread slices with cheese slice in between Step . Apply butter on the bread slices Step . Grill the sandwich in a sandwich maker or on a pan with low flame. Wallah! Enjoy your sandwich.
