Olive oil 5 gm

10 gm garlic

50 gm tomato

15gm sweet corn

30gm whole wheat pasta

Cheese cube 1

Crumbled cottage cheese 100gm

Capsicum 30gm

100gm spinach choppped & blanched

25gm basic leaves

Roasted Peanuts crushed 15gm

Method

Step 1

Make a puree with garlic, tomato, basil leaves and spinach with salt, green chillies, lime juice and water.

Step 2

Boil and strain pasta.

Step 3

In a pan, add olive oil, add the pesto sauce, capsicum, sweet corn. Toss well and add half of the paneer and half cheese.

Step 4

Add little water, salt, black pepper powder and mix well. Add roasted peanuts and the pasta.

Step 5

Add lime juice at the end. Once done, serve with remaining grated cheese and paneer.
