Whey - 7 grams

Chia seeds -3 grams

Shredded Coconut - 7 grams

Method

Step 1

Add paneer, whey and coconut to a blender and blend for sec.

Step 2

Add chia seeds or any chopped nuts per macros

Step 3

Dry roast on a non-stick pan on low flame for sec each side
