paneer-50gm wheat flour-50gm onion-20gm ghee-10gm cheese slices-1 vegetables-100gm green coriander & india spices
Make the dough of wheat flour. Grate the paneer. Chop the onion and coriander, Take a bowl, put it all together (paneer,onion & chopped coriander) Add spices(salt,corriander powder,red chilli powder or green chilli (if you wish), mango powder Mix it all together. Now take a small part of dough, Roll it flat in round shape, putt the mixture on it, Close it properly, make it round, roll it slowly into round shape & cook it on pan or twa. Apply the oil with brush.
