Recipe: Step : Prepare dough of roti. Step : Take a bowl for stuffing. Step : Crush the paneer. Step : Cut the capcicum and onion. Step : Prepare four balls from the above ingredients (paneer, capsicum and onion) Step : Make Roti from the dough (bake) Step : stuff the prepared ball Step : And again roll slowly. Step : Apply ghee on the pan and place the stuffed roti and cook it for sometime. Dal preparation : .Boil the dal and keep it aside. .Take oil in a pan add cumin seed and musturd. .Add garlic paste fried until it is light brown. .Add tomato and fry again for few minutes. .Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt(according to the taste) and fry again for few minutes. .last add the boiled dal and boil again, maintain the consistency accordingly.
