Paneer -60gms

wheat flour -40gms

ghee-5gms

spices: redchilli, turmeric, garam masala, kasuri methi, salt

Finely chopped onion and green chilli

ketchup-5gms

Method

Step 1

Make dought out of the wheat flour similar to making dough for chapatis

Step 2

shred the paneer well with hand and add in all spices, onion and green chilli

Step 3

take a ball of dough flatten a little and add the filling and close the dough by pinching it from all sides

Step 4

roll it like a chapati with slowly and softly and fry it on a tawa, not required to add too much ghee as paneer gives away its on oil
