Grinded Soy Chunks : 60gm

Wheat Flour : 40gm

Paneer : 50gm

Ghee : 10gm

Onion : 100gm

Method

Step 1

) Take a bowl and prepare dough using Grinded Soy Chunks and wheat flour.

Step 2

) Now prepare Parantha filling using paneer and onion and add salt, pepper and other masala in it

Step 3

) Now take half of the dough and roll it and fill mixture in it and roll out parantha.

Step 4

) Cook it on tawa using ghee.

Step 5

) Prepare another parantha also in same way.

Step 6

) Parantha can be prepared out of these ingredients.
