Ingredients

Paneer 30 grams

Boiled corn kernels 50 grams

Multigrain bread 2 slices

Salt as per taste

Red pepper as per taste

Method

Step 1

Mix paneer, cork kernels, salt and red pepper in a bowl and mash it

Step 2

Put the mix on top of the multigrain bread slice and put another slice on top of it

Step 3

Put pan on high and grill the sandwich both sides for a minute each
