Ginger garlic paste 0.5tsp
Olive oil 5ml
Coriander leaves
Dry mango powder
Black pepper powder
lime juice
Blend onion, tomato, chillies, coriander leaves together with little water.
Cut paneer and mushrooms in small pieces
In a non-stick pan, add oil. Add the paste and fry well. Add kashmiri chilli powder, a pinch of black pepper powder, dry mango powder.
Now add the paneer and mushrooms. Add little water. Add salt and cook covered.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and little lime juice.
